Set 10,000 years before the events of Dune, the series follows sisters Valya and Tula Harkonnen as they combat forces that threaten the future of humanity, and establish the fabled sect known as the Bene Gesserit.
Kind of like this, Mark Strong excellent as ususal. Well.....he was :)

1x6. Damn... This was really long and really good! The effects on the ice reminded me of Interstellar.
What. a. show!
I was wondering why it was so lengthy.
After watching it I checked this site and discovered to my dismay that it was the season finale. Good episode. They tied up a lot of loose ends and explained quite a bit. And of course I guessed certain things ahead of time which disappointed me.
Cant wait till season 2. Hope its episodes are more than 6.

Yes, I've wondered about that myself! Was it a conscious choice to make it somewhat hard to follow? To keep the audience on their toes? :)

Watched episode 1 but wont be going back. I suspect that the Dune universe has been done to death like so many shows. Even the last part 2 of the movie was poor compared to the first half.

Can't get into this one, Episode 2 didn't manage to persuade me to continue watching.
