You see many guys sleeping in the street in this area. also drug dealers.

Workers. Do nothing.

An illegaly-operated food store in the street. They don't sell foods, they sell meth.
I read a news that they got busted in this year.



Nishinari is the biggest town of workers in Japan. Many workers living in here staying in

cheap hotels called "Doya".
I got here in the summer of 2005 by myself. And I got culture shock.
