01Welcome to Noods
By using Noods.io, you're agreeing to these terms. We've tried to keep them readable and fair. If something doesn't sit right with you, feel free to reach out at [email protected] — or simply don't use the site.
02Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for everything that happens under it. If you notice anything suspicious, let us know right away at [email protected].
We support magic link, passkey, and Google sign-in — no passwords to forget.
03Your Cookbooks Are Private
Everything you save to your cookbook is private by default. Nobody else can see your recipes unless you explicitly share them. You own the recipes you add — we just need permission to store and display them for you on the platform.
04Sharing Recipes
You can share individual recipes by generating a unique link. Anyone with that link can view the recipe. Once a link is out there, you're responsible for who gets it — we can't control further sharing by recipients.
Make sure you have the right to share any recipe you send out.
05Recipe Import & AI Features
Noods lets you import recipes from other websites or from photos. When you do, we use automated tools (including AI) to extract and format the recipe content. A few things to keep in mind:
Imported recipes are best-effort — the extraction process isn't perfect, so always double-check ingredients and instructions. We don't guarantee the accuracy of any AI-generated or AI-extracted content. By importing a recipe, you confirm you're using it for personal purposes and not violating any third-party rights.
06Subscriptions & Billing
Noods offers a free tier ("Miso Soup") and a paid subscription ("Ramen" at $2.99/month). Payments are handled securely through Stripe — we never see or store your card details.
Your subscription renews automatically each month. You can cancel anytime from your account settings, and you'll keep access through the end of your billing period. We don't offer partial refunds for unused time, but if something went wrong, reach out at [email protected] and we'll make it right.
07Play Nice
Don't use Noods to store or share anything unlawful, harmful, or infringing on someone else's rights. Don't impersonate others, spam people, or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
08Our Stuff
The Noods.io name, logo, design, and code are ours. Please don't copy, redistribute, or modify our branding without written permission. Your recipes and content, of course, remain yours.
09Disclaimer & Limits
Noods.io is provided "as is." We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the site will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or any recipe you find on it — cook at your own delicious risk.
10Ending Things
You can delete your account whenever you want. We can also suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the platform. If that happens, we'll try to give you a heads-up, but we're not obligated to.
11Changes to These Terms
We might update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version here and update the date at the top. If the changes are significant, we'll try to let you know by email. Continued use of Noods after a change means you're on board with the new terms.
