Judges play a vital role in recognizing global excellence and are carefully selected based on merit, accomplishments, and alignment with our values.
Selection Process & Criteria
Judges are selected through a rigorous and impartial evaluation process. The goal is to ensure that each jury panel consists of highly qualified, diverse, and ethical professionals who bring valuable insight and fair judgment to every category.
Selection is based on the following criteria:
- Extensive Industry Experience
Judges must have a proven track record of leadership or technical expertise within their field. Their depth of experience ensures a nuanced understanding of innovation, impact, and execution.
- Qualifications & Accomplishments
Educational background, certifications, and notable career achievements are considered during the selection process. Judges must demonstrate professional distinction in their roles.
- Impartiality & Integrity
All judges must commit to upholding the highest ethical standards. Conflicts of interest must be declared, and judges cannot evaluate entries in which they or their organizations are participants.
- Confidentiality & Fairness
Judges are required to maintain strict confidentiality of all entry content. Submissions are reviewed through a blind judging process to preserve objectivity and transparency.
- Diversity & Inclusion
We strive for a panel that reflects diversity in geography, gender, background, and expertise, ensuring balanced evaluations across all submissions.
- Continuous Industry Awareness
Judges are encouraged to stay updated with evolving tech trends and industry standards, contributing to informed and future-forward evaluations.
- Verification & Transparency
Selected judges must undergo a professional verification process, including:
- A valid work or business email (no personal domains accepted)
- Publicly available profiles such as LinkedIn for accountability
- o Confirmation of current employment or active business involvement
Judge Expectations
- Volunteer Role
Judging is a voluntary contribution and does not involve any fees or remuneration. We do not engage agents or third parties in judge selection, and no one can guarantee appointment.
- Minimum Evaluation Requirement
Selected judges must complete at least 50 assigned evaluations to be eligible for official e-Certificates or listing on the website.
- Commitment to Excellence
Judges must commit sufficient time and attention to review submissions thoroughly and provide thoughtful, fair, and constructive evaluations.
- Public Recognition
All confirmed judges will be publicly listed on the Noble Technology Awards website, including name, title, and professional affiliation. This visibility strengthens the credibility of the program and provides well-deserved recognition.
- Feedback & Process Improvement
We value the feedback of our judges to enhance the judging experience and improve award operations. Participation includes opportunities to shape future standards and celebrate global tech excellence.
