You don’t have to make a mini skirt, you can make a maxi skirt , process would be exactly the same. Fold it in half lengthwise, wrap it around your waist, keep one end slightly higher and wrap your body with the rest of the scarf . Try to tie both ends. If you are not able to tie the ends , roll / fold the fabric on your waist down . “The roll” will keep it together."
