An Australian-made complementary coloured dining room moodboard

Complementary colours are found directly opposite one another on the colour wheel and when seen together create a strong contrast. This is certainly not the easiest concept to pull off for an interior scheme as it can be quite bold and jarring. To make this colour scheme less jarring I like to introduce various tones and shades of the two colours to pull back on the level of contrast and amp up the sophistication.
