Ingredients: For the Bars: ½ cup butter, softened ½ cup sugar ½ cup brown sugar ¾ cup peanut butter, divided 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup flour 1 tsp baking soda ¼ tsp salt ½ cup quick oats 1 cup butterscotch chips For the Glaze: 1 cup powdered sugar 4 tbsp milk ¼ cup peanut butter Instructions: 1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F & grease a 9x13” pan. 2️⃣ Cream butter, sugars & ½ cup peanut butter. Mix in egg & vanilla. 3️⃣ Combine flour, baking soda, salt & oats; add to wet ingredients. 4️⃣ Spread batter in pan, top with butterscotch chips & bake 20-25 min. 5️⃣ Whisk glaze ingredients, pour over warm bars & cool before slicing. ⏳ Time: 40 min | 🍪 Yield: 15 bars
