Zesty Orange Creamsicle Poke Cake 🍊🍰 – A Summer Party Favorite
Ingredients: Cake: 15.25 oz vanilla cake mix, 3 eggs, 1 cup milk (or vanilla almond milk), ½ cup vegetable oil, 1 tbsp orange zest, 3.4 oz orange JELLO, 1¼ cup boiling water, ⅓ cup fresh orange juice. Frosting: 15 oz mandarin oranges (undrained), 3.5 oz vanilla instant pudding mix, 8 oz Cool Whip. Instructions: Prepare vanilla cake with milk and orange zest. Bake as directed, cool 10 mins, and poke holes in the cake. Dissolve JELLO in boiling water, mix in orange juice, and pour over cake. Chill 3 hrs. For frosting, blend mandarins with pudding mix, fold in Cool Whip. Spread over cake, chill 30 mins, and serve.
