Blueberry Bagels with Blueberry Cream Cheese 🅡🅔🅒🅘🅟🅔 Makes 5 Bagels Bread flour 300g • Levain 60g • Sugar 10g • Raw Honey 10g • Salt 6g • Water 60g • Fresh milk 60g • Frozen blueberries 45g Oil 10g 🫐🫐 Cream Cheese🧀 250g Cream Cheese • 100g Frozen Blueberries • 1 Tbsp Sugar Lemon Zest 🅜🅔🅣🅗🅞🅓 ➡️ Combine everything (hold the oil) and knead the dough until it comes together nicely ➡️ Add oil and continue kneading the dough until it becomes smooth (no need for window pane). Add blueberries to the dough and roughly mix for a min. ➡️ Proof until (almost) double. ➡️ Divide into 5 portions and roll them into tight balls.
