Attach pencil to string. Hold string in place at one corner of the poster board, with pencil at the opposite corner. Draw an arc that is roughly a quarter circle.  2. Repeat with the remaining poster board with smaller arcs. I was able to get 2-3 cones out of one piece of poster board.   3. Cut out cone shapes.   4. Roll into cone and hot glue together. I thought this was the hardest step. It takes some patience. Trim the bottom of cone to make it even.  5. Repeat with smaller cones.
