In today’s post I’m sharing exactly what you need to create your very own Mediterranean charcuterie board, and how to assemble it.

This Mezza Board is inspired by Daou Mountain Vineyards in Paso Robles. I wanted to recreate this board for an afternoon picnic with friends, and it did not disappoint! I started by making grilled lamb kofta and a fresh tabbouleh salad. Then I complimented both by adding tzatziki, hummus, olives, in season veggies, marinated artichokes, farm fresh feta, dried figs, and grilled pita to a platter for the ultimate snacking meal!

There are so many different options for creating food boards. We have chosen to share how to make a vegetarian mezze platter today.
