Ingredients:

1 sheet of puff pastry
1-2 apples (I used Granny Smith and Honeycrisp)
Heavy cream (for brushing on the rings)
1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
1/4 cup of sugar
Optional:
Powdered sugar
Caramel sauce
Ice cream

1. Preheat oven to 400F
2. Make your cinnamon sugar and set aside
3. Thaw out puff pastry sheet and roll out
4. Cut 1/2 inch strips
5. cut out rounds from your apples and use a round cookie cutter to cut out the center with the seeds
6. Wrap each apple ring with strips of puff pastry until covered
7. Brush some heavy cream (you can use milk of your choice as well or an egg wash)

-1 pack puff pastry
-1 egg, beaten
