New Potter Tree Update! It's about 95% done now - just a few more ornaments to make and add, if we have time! John and I initially tossed around several tree skirt possibilities, until I got the idea of the tree sprouting magically out of a cauldron. I’d recommend using cardstock for this project. Use permanent markers if you choose to draw as the ink will bleed when the paint is added. (Protect your surfaces). 🫧✨♻️ Use recycled cardboard rolls or purchase from a craft store for a couple of pounds if you prefer. Add paint, a splash of water and some washing up liquid to a bowl and mix well. 🌈🫧✨💦Dip your cardboard rolls into the paint mixture and print onto your cauldrons. Pop the bubbles with your finger, a straw or leave them to POP naturally. 2. Glue gun
3. Iridescent Christmas ornaments in a variety of sources
4. Cardboard or packaging paper
5. Battery operated lights in purple, green or color of your your choice
6. Ribbon of your choice
Directions:
1. Place cardboard and packing paper in cauldron
2. Add the lights making sure the battery pack is outside the cauldron . You can leave some lights out if you want to wrap some on top at the end
