I needed some cotton candy for a Blythe a Day scene. I used a small food condiment container for a cotton candy machine. Added a paper straw piece to the middle. Spray painted it. For the cotton candy, I used wooden cotton applicators and pink wool roving. I used the felting needle to secure the wool in place. This is 1/6 scale. I would use toothpicks for 1:12 scale. I'm all out of pink roving though.
