The weeks are just flying by for me. I'm still waiting for summer to begin. We've had cool temperatures and tons of rain, rain, rain. One good thing about all that rain is everyone's lawn and flower beds are lush. So pretty. I have been busy making the blocks for my new pattern, Kentucky Crossroads. aaThere's something crisp and fresh about a blue and light quilt anytime, but particularly in the summer. I love it! This little cutie is the inspiration for Summer Blue. I believe it to be a cutter piece, probably just a block from a large quilt, but I still think it does well for a small doll quilt. Can't you just feel those soft crinkles in the cotton?
