Taken at the Steampunk Symposium held at the Holiday Inn Eastgate in the Eastgate area of Cincinnati, Ohio. This guy had the most radical costume I saw at the event. His wings mechanically aticulated and were controled by the switches on his wrist. I'd put the wing span somewhere near 16 feet which was a big problem in the existing wind so, he didn't have them fully extended for the picture.
