👉INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana
¾ cup oats
1 egg
1 tablespoon Organic Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of salt

INSTRUCTIONS
Place the banana, oats, egg, yogurt, cinnamon and salt in a large bowl and use a fork to mash it all together until well combined.
Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and transfer the oat mixture to the skillet. Spread it out to an even layer and allow to cook undisturbed until it looks set, about 5 minutes.

A super easy, delicious breakfast that is rich in fibre and takes less than 10 minutes to whip together. ⁠

This paired so well with seasonal fruit and greek yoghurt for an extra boost of protein. We added cinnamon and vanilla to our mix for warming spice and flavour!⁠

Ingredients:⁠
- 1 ripe banana⁠
- ½ cup (40g) rolled oats ⁠
- 1 egg ⁠
- Pinch cinnamon ⁠
- ½ tsp vanilla extract ⁠

To serve:⁠
- Greek yoghurt ⁠
- Mixed berries ⁠

Method⁠:⁠
Mash the banana in a bowl. Add in the remaining ingredients and stir until combined. ⁠
