Shinrin-Yoku. Image of Nature that invites relaxation. This is a unique photo I took during one of my many walks through the forest. Photography has helped me so much to connect with the present moment through the Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese-inspired forest bath.

You’re probably thinking, what the heck is ‘shinrin-yoku,’ so let’s get that out of the way first.
