A 1935 house in Stamford, designed by famed stone architect Frazier Forman Peters, has hit the market this month with a price tag of $1.49 million, according to real estate listing agency Houlihan Lawrence. According to property records, the 37 Mayapple Road property has been under the ownership of the same family since 1988.
