We hebben hierboven al laten zien dat een verticale tuin een goed idee is om planten toe te voegen in een kleine tuin. Hetzelfde principe kan je ook gebruiken als je écht wilt tuinieren in de tuin. Je kan namelijk een verticale moestuin creëren, door plantenbakken naast en boven elkaar aan een schutting of muur te monteren.
