RECIPE -1 onion -3 cloves of garlic Fry in a little oil. -3 tbsp tomato paste -2 tsp steak or chicken seasoning -a pinch of salt -125ml red wine -300ml vegetable broth -2 tbsp dark soy sauce Bring to a simmer. -175g large/longer soy chunks or pea chunks. Stir in, cover, remove from heat and let sit for about 10 minutes. If your chunks are too big, put them on a cutting board after letting them sit and cut them a little smaller with a knife. -10 tbsp cornstarch -4 tbsp of the glaze (see below) Mix/knead well. Put the mixture onto cling film, press into a loaf and roll up tightly. Put the log in the fridge for about 30 minutes (you can also prepare this the day before). Spread on a lined baking tray and generously drizzle with agave or maple syrup. Bake at 175C/350F for 25min.
