Ingredients: • 8 oz sushi grade salmon. • 2 tsp sesame oil. • 1/4 c scallions. • 2 tsp tamari. • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds. • 8-10 wonton wrappers. • 1 cucumber (thinly sliced). • 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced, mandolined). • 2 serranos (thinly sliced). • 3 tbsp rice vinegar. • 1/2 lemon. • 1 tsp cane sugar. • 1/2 tsp salt. • 2 avocados. • 1/4 c japanese mayo (kewpie). • 1 lime. • 1/3 cup cilantro. •micro arugula. Directions: • 1.- spray avocado oil on a baking sheet, cut an ‘x’ in the center of the wonton wrappers so they done puff up. add the wonton wrappers and spray avocado oil on top.
