Seafood quiche. I make this all the time. A go- to recipe for me. I use 3-4 eggs. 3/4 cup milk, fake crab meat , green onions , Swiss cheese. You can use what ever seafood you have. It all tastes good. Put all chopped ingredients into unbaked crust, sprinkle in spices, cover with egg milk mixture. Bake 350 for about 50 minutes. Mary 5/2015
