PINA COLADA BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE
5min · 1 serving Ingredients • 1 frozen banana • 2 handfuls frozen pineapple chunks • 2 tbsp porridge oats • 200ml-250ml coconut milk (from a carton, not a tin) • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavoured protein powder optional • to serve: a slice of fresh pineapple Instructions • Combine the frozen banana, pineapple, oats, and coconut milk, and, if used add protein powder in a blender and blitz until smooth. You may find that if you use protein powder, you’ll require slightly more coconut milk. • Pour into a glass and top with a slice of fresh pineapple, if you like.
