Workout : • Lawn Mower-15lb • Round the world Lateral-8lb • Reverse flyes-10lb • SS military press-15lb • SS rear delt row-15lb • Poliquin raise-5lb • Bent over W -8lb • Palms up front raise-10lb • 12 reps, 3 sets
