It’s a light and delicious option for any meal, great for a weeknight dinner or a special occasion! Ingredients For the Fish: 4 white fish fillets (such as cod, tilapia, or haddock) Salt and pepper, to taste 1 cup panko breadcrumbs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 egg, beaten 1 tbsp olive oil For the Lemon Dill Sauce: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream 2 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tsp dried dill) 1 tbsp lemon juice Zest of 1 lemon Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Prepare the Fish: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper on both sides. Set Up the Breading Station: Place the flour in one shallow dish, the beaten egg in another, and the panko breadcrumbs in a third dish.
