silicone modelling paste in moulds for door, vine and swirly bits. texture paste through a brick wall stencil underneath, and cheesecloth & white gesso (primer) over the whole lot. Creating the texture actually took longer than painting it, something which keeps surprising me. Here it is before I added colour - visual might help you to understand how it was done.
