I added 1/2 cup toasted, chopped walnuts to every four mini cakes. 4 mini cakes make about 12 puck centers. I used about 4.5oz for 3 pucks but melt a little more to save for a drizzle, just scrape it into a piping bag and reheat for 10 seconds at a time when you’re ready.
