In a large pan heat up 2 tbsps of butter on medium heat and then add 1 pound of shrimp and 2 tbsps of minced garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add 3 cups of rice, 2 eggs and 2 tbsps of sesame oil. Cook for a 1-2 mins to reheat the rice then add 1 cup of frozen assorted veggies and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
