At the park, my 2-year-old is ready to fight somebody because he thinks that he owns the public park equipment (yay! Resource guarding stage!) My 1-year-old would be eating wood chips, and my 4-year-old feels absolutely betrayed on the park choice until he gets very deep into imaginary play and forgets that he didn't want to come to this park in the first place. I haven't gotten past age five so I have no idea what park life is like with older kids!
