I'm back.....did anyone miss me?😂⁠ ⁠ I had to take a bit of a break because we've had lots going on around our micro organic farm. ⁠ ⁠ For starters we have about 30 new baby chicks and yesterday we got 3 sheep for helping with the weeds. I'm loving all my new critters but my dogs are not too crazy about the sheep and visa versa.⁠ ⁠ Any who tomorrow I'm going to begin a series on Collagen, what it is and why it's so important for our bodies, especially as we age.⁠
