Julius Caesar is a tragedy by William Shakespeare, believed to have been written in 1599. It portrays the conspiracy against the Roman dictator of the same name, his assassination and its aftermath. It is one of several Roman plays that he wrote, based on true events from Roman history, which also include Coriolanus and Antony and Cleopatra.Although the title of the play is Julius Caesar, Caesar is not the central character in its action; he appears in only three scenes, and is killed at the beginning of the third act. The protagonist of the play is Marcus Brutus, and the central psychological drama is his struggle between the conflicting demands of honour, patriotism, and friendship. Julius Caesar Illustrative Logo (sketch)

This is a piece of work from a branding project I was involved in.
The brief was clear: to depict Caesar, the architect of Rome's imperial might, as a statesman, orator and master of political maneuvering, deeply rooted in the subtle structures of Roman civilization.
He had to be depicted as a conqueror, riding a horse, in a fighting spirit.

Julius Caesar and Genghis Khan⚔️

This is my conceptual sketch for an illustrative logo designed as part of a project I was working on. The composition features two of history’s most renowned conquerors - Julius Caesar and Genghis Khan. Each, in his own era, reshaped the world through military genius, strategic brilliance, and an unyielding vision.

However, despite their historical significance, the juxtaposition of these two figures raises an intriguing paradox.
