Grab a hip circle band that’s moderate to a challenging resistance and do this warm up routine before your pick up any weights 🏋🏼‍♀️ . I work out first thing in the morning so I walk on the treadmill for 15-20mins at an incline just to wake myself up 😴 . Then I grab a hip circle band to wake my glute muscles up 🥱 the more “turned on” your muscles, the more you’ll be able to lift, the more your glutes will grow. . The movements in the video are a little sped up, but I do take a little time through some of the positions to focus on mind muscle connection 🧠 💪🏼  . Try each movement 12x on each side 1 time through: - Toe Slides - Standing kick backs - Fire hydrants  - Don Bigger Buttocks Workout Exercises, Glute Muscles, Before Bed Workout, Leg Circles, Fire Hydrants, Warm Up Routine, Step Workout, Buttocks Workout, First Thing In The Morning
