Crusaders Skirmish Party

The Lion Knights/Crusaders are one of my favorite Classic Castle factions, mostly because of the amount of recent additions of gear and accessories. The quartered shield with the keys is especially fantastic. Next to the Black Falcons, this faction’s aesthetic has also always felt the most grounded in reality to me. - November 2023

Ditch most of the gray and replace it with nice reddish brown extremities - adorned on the legs with those (honey) sweet armor plates. Add those flat silver weapons, shields, pauldrons and helmets - the latter sourced from Chima, Nexo, Mixels and Kre-o(!). Let the cries of exasperation and outrage peter out. Finally wrap your Lions in some comfy collectible minifigure capes and wait for them to put their best smile forward... take a picture - et violà - you have a shiny new castle faction for... Lego Knights Kingdom, Lego Kingdoms, Lego Figurine, Lego Hobbit, Lego Medieval, Lego Knights, Lego Accessories, Lego Army, Lego Custom Minifigures

Minifig Parts Lab 2 - Court of the Lion Queen

Experimenting with...the newest Lion Knights parts While the newest Lion Knights are too...colourful for the setting of my usual MOCs, I was nonetheless thrilled to get them. There is an amazing coherence between them, other recent parts with Castle flair, and even older parts!
