Did you just see a flying peacock? According to the Lotus Gemology mini book (When Navneet A met Richard Hughes last week) - they have named the peacock sapphire referring to the neck of the peacock which is intense blue. So calling these teal sapphires peacock sapphires are kind of objective, but we should be calling them teal sapphires - some of them do have that peacock feather (blue, green) and the perfect teals are always 50%-50% blue, green.
