Hugelkultur involves building raised garden beds from decomposing wood debris and other compostable materials. Imagine mounds overflowing with leafy branches, logs, twigs, and even cardboard, slowly turning into rich, fertile soil over time. You then plant veggies, flowers, or whatever your heart desires on top of these mounds.
