A light and creamy flummery flavoured with almonds and rose and topped with a raspberry rose sauce. Elegant, glistening jellies were a common feature of Regency era dining. Common jellies were the flummery, blancmange, and macedoine jelly. This flummery is the perfect refreshing dessert to finish off a grand meal!
