Instructions:
In a large pan add:
- 300 grams of tomatoes
- 250 grams of feta
- 1 lb of frozen spinach (fresh can be used just add later on as it dries out)
- 1 lb of ground chicken or any other protein
- drizzle of olive oil, salt, garlic powder and red pepper flakes or any other spices you’d like
- bake at 400°F for 30 mins or till cooked through
- in the meantime cook your pasta. You may use chickpea or lentil pasta for added protein.
