These bump updates come up faster than I can blink, I'm sure they do! But here we are again another week over..! And I'm guessing time will get even faster when I'm a Mum to two - eek! This is a very exciting week for you and your bump. First off, at 19 weeks pregnant the baby clocks in at 6 whole inches and 8.5 ounces. They're big as a lava cake, which is a nice comparison because their sensory development is ERUPTING this week! Specialized areas of the brain are developing to allow the five senses start firing up. Babies at this age sometimes start touching the amniotic sac, reaching out and grabbing the umbilical cord, and touching their own faces!
