5min · 1 serving Recipe • ▪️In a blender add 1cup semolina and 1tsp salt grind it and make smooth powder • ▪️Take a bowl add semolina and knead soft dough put a little oil cover and let it rest for 20-30 min. • ▪️To prepare stuffing heat 1tbsp oil in a pan then add grated ginger -1tsp garlic-1tbsp and green chillies-1tbsp saute it on high flame. • ▪️Now add 1/2cup finely chopped carrot ,1cup cabbage and 1cup onion saute it again on high flame then add salt (as per taste ) and black pepper powder-1tsp. Keep aside • ▪️Heat water in a khadai(wok) and place a sieve.
