Sooji chilla recipe Do like, comment and share! Firstly add 2 cups of semolina in a mixing bowl. Add chopped beans, capsicum, onion and grated carrot in it. Add 1/2 cup curd in it. Now add coriander, green chillies and salt in it. Give them a good stir. Now for the tempering add a tablespoon of oil in a hot pan. Add some mustard seeds and curry leaves in it. Let it splutter and transfer it to the bowl. Mix them well. Now heat a pan with a tablespoon of oil. Add a Ladleful batter and spread evenly. Cook on medium high flame for two minutes and then flip it on the other side. Cook it for another 2 to 3 minutes and your chilla is ready. Serve with green chutney and ketchup. Enjoy!!!!
