I needed a Mexican dish for our Sunday School party tonight. So I got creative and made Taco Tot Bake.... Recipe to follow Ingredients : 2 lbs hamburger 1 pkg taco seasoning 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 can whole kernel corn 1 can dark kidney beans 8 oz sour cream 1 cup salsa 1 bag Mexican cheese blend 1 bag tater tots Brown hamburger and taco seasoning; drain. In a bowl stir together soup, corn, beans, sour cream and salsa. Stir in taco meat. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread meat mixture into pan and top with 1/2 of the cheese. Spread tots on top in a single layer and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 400 until bubbly and the tots are cooked and cheese is melted.
