Environmental
We are aware that construction has an impact on the environment.
Our focus is to manage that impact responsibly and reduce it wherever possible.
Recycling is part of how our sites operate. Clear systems are in place across both our offices and construction sites, with designated waste and recycling areas and teams that understand and follow them.
We are also members of Κ.Ο.Δ.Α., ensuring that all waste is handled through licensed and regulated systems. This gives us full visibility over how waste is transported and where it ends up.
As long-standing supporters of “Cans for Kids” since 1996, we collect and recycle aluminium cans across our sites. The proceeds contribute directly to medical equipment for children’s hospital wards in Cyprus.
We also contribute to environmental restoration through tree planting initiatives in collaboration with Prasini Aspida, supporting local efforts to strengthen green spaces and biodiversity.
In addition, we have introduced solar panels in our offices and on selected construction sites, as part of our ongoing effort to reduce our carbon footprint and transition towards more sustainable energy use.
Our environmental approach is supported by an ISO 14001:2015 certified Environmental Management System, helping us maintain consistent standards across all operations.
Social

Health and safety is part of our daily routine, not just procedures, but how our sites operate. Regular inspections, clear communication, and continuous training help ensure that everyone understands their role and goes home safely.
We aim to create a working environment that is fair, stable, and supportive.
We invest in developing our teams through ongoing training, covering areas such as safety, sustainability, digital tools, and regulatory compliance. At the same time, we support new professionals entering the industry by offering hands-on experience on real construction projects.
