Grab one jar of your favorite marinara sauce and just dump that right on top. We're going to add about half a cup of your reserved pasta water back into your marinara jar. Put the lid on. Give that a quick shake and just dump that right on top. We're going to add one pound of cooked and drained Italian sausage. This is mild but you can use spicy or sweet. It doesn't really matter. We're going to add one chopped bell pepper on top. That's going to add some color and flavor. We're going to hit it with some garlic. You can use fresh garlic jar. It doesn't matter. Do about two tablespoons of that. We're going to season with some salt. Gotta hit it with black pepper and of course some Italian seasoning. Now, we're going to add some grated mozzarella cheese. We're going to add about two cups right on top of that and we're going to mix everything up. So, we're going to grab our Spartle and we're just going to give this a quick mix and this is perfect for any night of the week. It'll satisfy your pasta lovers, your pizza lovers, you name it. Now, my secret ingredient, we're going to add one block of cream cheese you can just plop it in the middle there. We're going to cover this with foil. Our oven is preheated to 350 degrees. We're going to throw this in for about 35 to 40 minutes. Come back and add some toppings. Alright, it's been 40 minutes and our pasta casserole is done. We're going to take the lid off and this smells amazing you guys. That cream cheese is nice and soft. So, we're going to go ahead and start pushing this down mixing that up. Now, I have about two handfuls of washed and chop spinach. We're going to go on top of that. I like to add that at this phase because I find it gets too wilted when you cook it early on. So, we're just going to add it for the last phase of cooking and we're just using two spurtles to mix all this up and you can already tell that this thing is creamy. You guys, look at that melted cheese. This looks so good. We're going to turn this thing into a pizza. We're going to do about another two cups of cheese on top. Gonna go wall to wall with this cheese. Make sure every inch, it's fully covered in cheese. Got pepperonis here. These are the 25% less fat. We're just going to go down the line and place these here. Just spread them out evenly. You want to make sure every serving is going to have some pepperoni. Now, for even more color, we're going to add some green bell peppers. We're just going to add about six of these wheels here. Look how good that looks you guys. Now, we're going to add some more Italian seasoning on top of everything and my favorite is the fresh Parmesan or is going to grate this on top. Our oven is still preheated. We're going to throw this back in for about 10 to 15 minutes until that cheese is melted and this is ready to serve. Alright and after about 15 minutes, our pizza pasta casserole is complete. I'm going to scoop out a large portion. I want to get some of that bell pepper. I'm going to get a little extra pepperoni here and look at that you guys. We're going to serve it on our new Hermes plate right there and we're going to try a bite. We're going to get some noodles, some cheese, pepperoni, spinach, Absolutely delicious. You guys gotta try this.

Then take some shredded rotisserie chicken. And you could use canned chicken if you want to. If you've just got that on hand then you're going to add some veggies. I'm using frozen veggies because did you know frozen veggies are just as good. If not better in many cases than fresh veggies. It's true. They are full of nutrition. And then we're going to add some seasoning and then we're going to take some chicken broth. I'm going to be using about two cups of chicken broth and then a can of cream of chicken soup. Mix that together. You're going to pour over the top of our chicken and veggies but we're not done yet y'all we are making chicken cobbler it is so delicious now I've got some biscuit mix in the bowl here and then I'm going to add some milk I opted for organic and then we're going to add some shredded cheddar to that so we've got the biscuit the milk and the cheese blend that together and then you're going to pour that on top you want it to be a little bit runny so you can use a little bit more milk than what the recipe calls for add some seasoning salt and pepper bake that three00 degrees for about 30 minutes until those biscuits get nice and brown on top. Y'all this one is so good. You're going to thank me later.
