Honey Pistachio Baklava Cheesecake Fusion
Ingredients: 10 sheets phyllo pastry 1 cup walnuts 1 cup almonds 1 tsp ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp salt 2 Tbsp butter 500g cream cheese 1 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup honey 1 cup pistachios Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. 🥜🍰 Pistachio Cheesecake 🍰🥜 Ingredients: - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted - 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped - 24 ounces cream cheese, softened - 1 cup granulated sugar - 3 large eggs - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract - 1/2 cup sour cream - 1/2 cup heavy cream - Green food coloring (optional) - Whipped cream and additional pistachios for garnish (optional) Directions: 1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the bottom with parchment paper. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and finely chopped pistachios. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan. 3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. 4. Add the eggs one at a
