Ingredients: 2 cups warm water 2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp active dry yeast 1 tbsp salt ¼ cup vegetable oil 5-6 cups all-purpose flour Instructions: In a bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water. Stir in yeast and let sit until foamy, about 5 mins. Add salt, oil, and 3 cups of flour. Gradually add remaining flour until dough is smooth. Knead for 5-10 mins, then cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour. Punch down dough, divide, and place in greased loaf pans. Let rise for another 30 mins. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 mins or until golden. Cool before slicing. Prep Time: 20 mins | Rise Time: 1.5 hrs | Cook Time: 35 mins | Total Time: 2 hrs 25 mins | Kcal: 150 per slice | Servings: 2 loaves
