Do you experience neck pain that persists on the center of the neck? This can happen if you are unable to maintain your cervical spine in an upright position.

One key muscle group that pulls the neck into an upright posture are the Deep Neck Flexors!  They attach to the FRONT of the cervical vertebrae (AKA Neck) and facilitate stabilization.

In this video I show a test that can determine if these muscles are weak on you.  If the test is positive AKA the muscles are weak.  I have also included an exercise to begin building strength.  Test yourself and start getting stronger!
