Recipe (yields approximately 4-5 hash browns): - 2 cups shredded breadfruit - 2-3 shallots - 1 tsp smoked paprika - 1 tsp onion powder - 1/2 tsp sea salt, plus more as a finisher - 1/4 cup chickpea flour (any other flour should work fine) - 1 flaxmeal “egg” (1 tbsp flaxmeal + 3 tbsp water, mixed and set for 5-7 minutes) Directions: Rinse and squeeze the shredded breadfruit very thoroughly - this will prevent sogginess. Add to a bowl, along with the remaining ingredients and mix together until incorporated.
