I have always been a fan of pooling of “puddling” which is when the curtain extends onto the floor to create a puddle of fabric. I like how this creates a whimsical soft look, but it can be a controversial design element as others feel like it looks messy. What do you think? Well if you find yourself with curtains that are a little too long for your liking, there is an easy fix, fabric tape! I use scotch brand and it holds really well but can also be removed without leaving a residue. . . . My brother used to do this in my mom’s old house and I always loved it - instead of hanging a regular shower curtain hang window drapes and bring them up to the ceiling. (I have a separate curtain rod for the liner that we use) I absolutely love these pinch pleat curtains from @homerilla - they come right out of the package looking amazing and the pleats add a really nice tailored moment to this space.
