That reminds me of my small group leader who really embodies this verse. She is ideally suited for the role she is in. This morning I am thankful for that wise, kind, encouraging woman. 💕

Do not use harmful words, but only helpful words, the kind that build up and provide what is needed, so that what you say will do good to those who hear you.

I have a super big problem with words. More specifically, I don't always think about them before they start flying out of my mouth. Folks, I have what some would call verbal diarrhea. I don't share this flippantly; it's something that I've struggled with my entire life, and God is working on my heart.
